Malin Söderström

Chef, restaurant owner, legend

Raised in a small fish village, Malin Söderberg grew up eating the best the sea can offer at very low prices. She is a humble, highly qualified and experienced chef whose food features a personal touch and authenticity.

As the first woman on the Swedish national culinary team, Malin is a true role model for many Swedish chefs and has been immensely important for young Swedish female chefs in particular. She has published about a dozen cookbooks with a focus on rustic, carefully prepared food – both new flavors and ones we remember from childhood.
