Chef specializing in environmentally friendly cuisine
Before returning to Sweden and bringing his gastronomic vision with him, Johan worked at several of the world’s internationally renowned restaurants. His culinary creativity emphasizes a full-circle strategy, sustainability and an environmentally friendly approach. Johan is the former chef and owner of K-märkt, a restaurant that serves delicious and affordable dishes prepared with the best ingredients. There is no traditional menu; rather, the offering is written up daily and depends entirely on what is available.
Now Johan works as a freelance consultant, giving advice about high-quality food, sustainability and no-waste projects. He won the Sustainability Chef of the Year award in 2014.
