Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman are known as two of Sweden’s most talented and creative chefs. They were trained at Mathias Dahlgren Restaurant, where the best ingredients the Swedish sea, soil and forest have to offer play starring roles – after being transformed into pure art.
In their studio, Tvätteriet by Adam & Albin, Dahlberg and Wessman have developed their own version of Nordic Cuisine, with a perfect sense of the best ingredients each season can provide. The studio offers lunch, cooking lessons and private dinners. They also have a noodle bar!
In 2016, Adam & Albin opened a modern Swedish fine dining restaurant in Stockholm.
The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, while the dishes are of the highest standard, causing reviewers to go crazy with joy.
Adam Dahlberg represented Sweden at Bocuse d’Or 2013.
